This is the first teaser site released by Rockstar and is the first known radio station to
appear in Grand Theft Auto IV.
This website is more than a teaser, however. If you are 18 or older and call the number 212-360-2368 you can leave a message. Rockstar can then take this message and all rights associated with it and put it in GTA IV on the radio. So effectively this is a fan promotion to possibly put yourself in the game. Very interesting.
