Yeah sure, feel free to spread the word. I think it's going to be hard to get the forums as active as they once were, given there are so many other ways to discuss GTA with people these days. Live chat rooms like Discord, social media like Twitter and of course other GTA Forums.
I'm happy enough for a small core of regular users on here. We were never the biggest or most active forum on the internet but we had a good community and members became lifetime friends so if we can get a bit of that going on again I'll be more than happy!
I'd be more than happy for you to share the website and forums on discord. Would be great to get some new members here. I'm sure things will get busier as we get closer to launch too. Is there a video on YouTube of your mod? I'll definitely check it out. I do remember playing a vice city multiplayer mod back in the day so it could well have been yours. Congrats!
